Eric brings a practical approach to helping clients achieve their real estate goals. As the Broker-Owner of PMI Sac Capital, he understands how to navigate the market and simplify what can often feel overwhelming. With a strong background and experience in real estate, finance, and property management, Eric works comfortably with everyone from first-time investors to experienced owners, offering clear guidance every step of the way.
Marc Tran is the on-site manager and property manager under PMI Sac Capital. He oversees the daily operations of the apartment community, supports residents with care and clarity, and coordinates maintenance and vendor work to keep the property safe, clean, and well organized. Marc is steady, attentive, and known for communicating in a calm and respectful way.
Marc also brings hands-on experience from his family’s commercial and residential real estate projects. He has worked in planning, project coordination, acquisitions, and investor communication, and he understands how to balance resident needs with long-term property stewardship. Licensed in Washington and active in multifamily work in California, Marc approaches real estate with a focus on people, growth, and long-term value.
